I will have an all-new inventory of the four horsemen with new kernels and more options too!
note that ThorsHammerIII is on hold right now...

I also plan to have only the newest release available so get any older stuff you want now!

Released the new ClutchOS versions yesterday;
ClutchOS_Mini 163mb (minimal install)
ClutchOS SCR 269mb (rescue)
Both are Slackware -current and are mini versions of nFluxOS Slackware

Today I am working on ThorsHammer III!
So far the lineup is gonna be:

ClutchOS SCR
Clonezilla
PartedMagic
RedoBackup&Recovery
RIP Linux

which comes up to a 700MB LiveCD/USB!

All the new iso's are uploaded; this morning I am also uploading the new
Slackware64 LiveCD
With this one new conkyrc, some games, everything upgraded to -current
as of yesterday...

Today I am uploading the newest releases

I have included all this in the new iso's

They now come as .zip files as I have had complaints about the tar.bz2 methods.

All 4 nFluxOS 32bit versions now come with the packages here

This makes the iso's bigger but has no effect
on the installed size if you install to hard drive

I had issues with the newest Liquorix 2.6.35 kernel so I stayed with the 2.6.34 version.
The Meerkat build now features the 2.6.35-14-generic kernel.

I may also release a newer versions of the Slackware64/ARCH64 builds; though they may be a waste of effort as "How many people use Slackware64/ARCH64?"

Hopefully have finished the prelim build for
nFluxOS Debian Sid featuring

liquorix-2.6.34 ZEN kernel & headers
smxi/sgfxi
pcmanfm-mod
ranger cli file manager
xwmconfig from slackware
linux_logo
got gpm working at console login
now boots to console
and you can then do either
xwmconfig (choose between fluxbox and twm)
startx
gdm (as root, to start GDM session)

I am also going to be doing the same things with
the Meerkat build.

Added pcmanfm-mod/ranger to both the Slackware
and ARCH builds also

The new iso's may be out by Monday the 2nd of August 2010.

New Releases Coming this week!

Note the ARCH/Slackware x86_64 versions are not going to be
ongoing versions; they were just to show that the livecd kernel-kits
work...

ARCH version:
Added
pcmanfm-mod, ranger cli-file mgr, recompiled kernel 2.6.34 using new GCC,
lxpanel, added sgfxi graphics drivers script, may or may not work...
Upgraded to ARCH Testing, upgraded to Firefox 3.6.8

Debian version:
Added Liquorix kernel 2.6.34 and Headers, smxi,sgfxi scripts,
Added Firefox 3.6.8

Slackware version:
Recompiled new kernel 2.6.34, rebuilt all SlackBuilds
Upgraded Gslapt, Salixtools-gtk

Ubuntu version (Lucid):
Upgraded to kernel 2.6.32-24, many tweaks and fixes...
added many "helper apps" for drivers, firmware,etc

Ubuntu version (Meerkat):
Upgraded to kernel 2.6.35-10, many tweaks and fixes...
added many "helper apps" for drivers, firmware,etc
The Meerkat version will replace the Lucid version soon...

Maverick Meerkat Alpha2 Ready!

Added many xf86 drivers, firmware, etc
kernel now 2.6.35-9-generic
This is an experimental build and is
considered "testing", although I have
not noticed any issues whatsoever!

Upcoming Soon is the newest Debian
nFluxOS which will now feature either
the Liquorix 2.6.34 kernel or a custom
kernel featuring squashfs 4.1cvs.
I also added smxi/sgfxi scripts and
"jockey-gtk" from Lucid's repos so users
can add non-free graphics drivers.

Maverick Meerkat alpha1 is ready!

Today I built my first version of nFluxOS Maverick Meerkat
10.10 for i686; and so far it is working just great!
I am uploading my initial build which has basically
everything the Lucid edition does except kernel is
2.6.35-8-i686-generic, and I added alot of
drivers, firmware, etc for lappys and netbooks.
I will add a link in new downloads for this alpha1 build.
Now, I will be able to truly say the nFluxOS lineup is the
most bleeding-edge set of Linux distributions
anywhere!
